Miss South Central, Miss North Central, and Miss Capital City are official preliminary titles to the Miss Ohio USA & Miss Ohio Teen USA pageants! The winners of these titles will be given monetary and support toward competing at the state level: Miss Ohio USA and Miss Ohio Teen USA. It is our hope that
whomever is named to represent these titles, will go on
to become Miss Ohio USA & Miss Ohio Teen USA and that she would compete for the title(s) of Miss USA
& Miss Teen USA! Another goal of the team is to raise
awareness of the local program and state organization. We strive to empower the
next generation to believe in themselves, while giving them the tools they need
to be successful. This will help them use
their strengths in ways they never knew possible.
This preliminary pageant is a one day event. The day includes:
◦ Evening gown ◦ Swimsuit (Miss)/Fitness Wear (Teen) ◦ Interview ◦ On-stage question

The 2018 pageant eligibility requirements:
For TEEN, you must be born between the years of 2000-2004.
For MISS, you must be born between the years of 1991-2000.
**If you were born in 2000, you may choose which division you would like to compete in**
OUR MISSION
We started this pageant in 2011 as a way to reach young women and expose them to the pageant world. We knew there were young girls in our community who had lofty dreams, but simply couldn't afford to make them a reality through pageantry. When we sat down and began discussions of who we wanted to be as directors and what we wanted our pageant to be like, we kept those girls at the forefront of our minds. We have designed this pageant to have low entry fees (the lowest of all the preliminary pageants in the state) so that ALL girls could make their dreams of competing in pageantry a reality. We have also dedicated our pageant to be a non-profit organization in which our winners receive ALL of the profit we make (whatever that turns out to be). We truly want to support our winners and help them to one day compete on the ultimate stage: Miss USA and Miss Teen USA. We are so proud of EVERY girl that has competed with us over the years and are excited to welcome new contestants and embrace their gifts, talents, and beliefs. We are incredibly thankful for all of the support from the contestants, their families, and the community.

VOLUNTEER PARTNERSHIPS
Throughout the year, our titleholders will work with a central Ohio organization called Fairy Goodmothers. Fairy Goodmothers (click HERE for their Facebook page and HERE for their website) is an organization that collects gently used evening gowns, evening shoes, and accessories and donates them, free of charge, to an underprivileged teen who may not be able to pay for the rising expenses of prom.
